All Rhythm clocks come with a 1 year manufacturers guarantee.
All clocks are checked before shipping from Rhythm USA warehouses in Atlanta, GA or Los Angeles, CA.
Damaged items will be replaced with the same model and a UPS Call Tag will be issued to send back the damaged
model at no cost to you. Any damage due to a shipping issue must be reported immediately so we can issue a claim
wth the carrier service. Do not throw away the box or packaging as this will be required to initiate a
Maintaining Your Rhythm Clock
Your new Rhythm clock should give you years of enjoyment and service and operates on batteries, so it
can be placed virtually anywhere. Make sure to change the batteries at least 2 to 3 times a year
and you will avoid oxidization problems that can occur.
Older batteries can cause electrical problems and oxidize the terminals, so be sure to change them frequently,
even though the clock is still working.

Your order is shipped directly from Rhythm USA
Company and usually ships within 24 hours or the next business day.
Your Rhythm clock will ship from one of the above listed warehouse depending on
which location has your model clock in stock at the time of ordering.
Please try to include a phone number with your order. This will
be used for the label for UPS and helps safe guard delivery. When paying with Paypal make
sure you add your phone number to the order form.
All sales are final if you are taking advantage of the "Free shipping" offer. Rhythm clocks are shipped in huge
boxes and the UPS shipping cost can vary from $40.00 to $80.00 or more depending on the State and area we are
shipping to. So all sales are final (No returns or refunds) No exceptions.

If you are a customer paying the cost of the shipping with your order, when ordering from one of our
other websites any returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and the buyer will be responsible for the
return shipping cost.
